At Shop 'n Save we believe in supporting our community through charitable giving. In addition to our primary charity, Special Olympics, we also sponsor and hold many fundraising events throughout the year for several worthwhile community causes. Each Fall we kick off our fundraising for the United Way with our Chili Cook Off. Working with WIL radio and the North Jefferson County Eagles we have held support programs for our troops overseas. We also support the Special School District though several fund raising events. We coordinate a coat drive with WIL's radio personality, "Corn Bread". In the fall, we hold a toy drive for Queen of Peace Center in downtown St. Louis. Last year several of our associates were voted as Volunteer of the Year and in fact they were chosen as runner up for Catholic Charities Volunteer of the Year.
At Shop 'n Save we are privileged with the success we have experienced in the St. Louis community and realize we share an obligation to actively support the communities which have given us that opportunity for success.
