Shop 'n Save respects the privacy of users of shopnsave.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Statement discloses how we collect and use information on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

   Portions of the Site may request that users who wish to make online requests for information, submit comments regarding our stores or the Site, register for certain services online, or participate in online surveys, contests and promotions, provide personally identifiable contact information.       User comments submitted by email are maintained in a database designed to help Shop 'n Save improve its customer service. From time to time, Shop 'n Save may use the information contained in this database to send gift certificates, coupons or similar items to users of the Site.

4. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

   1. Children and Privacy

      The Site is not intended for use by children. Shop 'n Save encourages parents and guardians to be familiar with the web sites that their children visit. The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") regulates the means by which web site operators collect and use personal information from children under 13, pursuant to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (the "Act").       Under no circumstances shall Shop 'n Save, its parent SUPERVALU INC., nor any subsidiary or affiliate be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to or collected as a results of the user's accessing the Site, even if Shop 'n Save has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This and the other sections in the Privacy Statement should be read in conjunction with and are subject to the Terms of Use.
