Italian Tomato Appetizer Pizza
Place pizza dough on a greased 14-inch pizza pan. Press dough from center to edge of pan, making edges thicker than the center; set aside.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ½ cup Italian cheese, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Spread over entire pizza; top with remaining Italian cheese.
Lay tomato slices over cheese; season tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle entire pizza with remaining 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Remove from oven and cut into appetizer squares.
Note: Pizza can be assembled up to 1 hour ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
