  • 1 6.06 ounce package Essential Everyday Cheddar Cheese Rice Snacks
  • 1 15 ounce can Essential Everyday Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 14.5 ounce can Essential Everyday Diced Tomatoes With Green Chiles drained
  • 1 4 ounce can Essential Everyday Diced Green Chiles drained
  • 2 cups Essential Everyday Fancy Shredded Reduced Fat Mexican Style Four Cheese Blend


Place rice snacks in a single layer on medium baking sheet.

Top with beans, tomatoes, chiles and cheese.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until cheese is melted (about 5-7 minutes).
