BLUEBERRY GRANOLA PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Essential Everyday Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup Essential Everyday Frozen Blueberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup Essential Everyday Low Fat Granola With Almonds

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pancake batter according to package directions. Stir in blueberries and granola.

Heat flat skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/3 cup pancake batter onto skillet; repeating to fill skillet.

Cook according to package directions. Repeat process for remaining pancake batter.
