Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until chicken is no longer pink in center (about 3-5 minutes). Remove from skillet; keep warm.
Add frozen vegetables and Alfredo to skillet; bring to a simmer. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally (about 6-8 minutes). Toss with pasta, chicken and Parmesan cheese.
