Shrimp & Snap Peas


  • In small bowl combine soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, lime juice and ginger; set aside.
  • In large skillet over medium-high heat, combine rice and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 2-3 minutes.
  • Add peas and sauce; cover and continue cooking until peas are tender (about 8-10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  • Add shrimp; cover and continue cooking until opaque (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat and serve.
