In small bowl, combine ½ cup flour, oats, pecans, brown sugar, buttery spread, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon; mix with a fork until well combined.
In large bowl, combine apples, remaining ¼ cup flour, raisins, granulated sugar and remaining ½ teaspoon cinnamon; toss to combine.
Transfer to a 9x9-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Top with oat mixture. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
