Carrot Raisin Salad


  • In large bowl, combine carrots, apples, celery, raisins, walnuts and coconut; set aside.
  • In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste. Add to carrot mixture. Toss to coat.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
