  • 1/2 15 ounce package Essential Everyday Refrigerated Pie Crust (1 crust)
  • 1 cup Essential Everyday Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Essential Everyday Butter
  • 1/2 cup Essential Everyday Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Essential Everyday Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Essential Everyday Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Essential Everyday Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Essential Everyday Pecan Halves


Prepare pie crust according to one-crust package directions; do not bake. Place on baking sheet; set aside.

In small saucepan over medium heat, combine corn syrup, butter, sugar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently; boil 1 minute or until all sugar is dissolved. Let cool slightly.

In large bowl, combine eggs, vanilla and salt. Slowly pour sugar mixture into eggs, whisking constantly, until well combined. Stir in pecans; pour into pie crust.

Bake in a preheated 325°F oven 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
