CREAMY PEACH BREAKFAST QUINOA

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Essential Everyday Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
  • 1 16 ounce package Essential Everyday Frozen Sliced Peaches chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Essential Everyday Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Essential Everyday Salt
  • 1 cup Essential Everyday White Quinoa rinsed
  • - Essential Everyday Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt optional

DIRECTIONS

In medium saucepan, combine milk, peaches, cinnamon and salt; bring to a boil.

Add quinoa and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed, stirring occasionally.

Serve with a dollop of yogurt, if desired.
