In a shallow dish, combined crushed corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and Italian seasoning until well mixed.
Place flour in second shallow dish and eggs in a third shallow dish. Dredge cheese sticks in flour, dip in egg and roll in corn flake mixture. Repeat dipping in egg and corn flake mixture, creating a second coating.
Carefully place coated sticks on a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spray tops of cheese sticks with cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 4-5 minutes; turn sticks over and continue baking 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve with pizza sauce or traditional pasta sauce.
