  • 1/2 pound ground chorizo sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 15 ounce can Essential Everyday Pinto Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 10 ounce can Essential Everyday Diced Tomatoes With Mild Green Chiles undrained
  • 8 ounces Essential Everyday Super Cheezy Processed Cheese Spread loaf, cubed
  • 2 cups Essential Everyday Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Essential Everyday Half & Half
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce chopped
  • - Essential Everyday Tortilla Chips


In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble chorizo and onions until cooked through and no longer pink; drain.

Transfer to a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Cook on LOW 1-2 hours or until melted and bubbly, stirring occasionally. Turn slow cooker to warm to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
