BEAN & CORN CHILI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Essential Everyday 100% Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 15 ounce can reduced sodium black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 ounce can reduced sodium pinto beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 15.25 ounce can Essential Everyday No Salt Added Whole Kernel Corn drained
  • 2 14.5 ounce cans Essential Everyday No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes undrained
  • 1 tablespoon Essential Everyday Ground Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Essential Everyday Chili Powder
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

In large saucepan or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and peppers; sauté until softened (about 3-5 minutes).

Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; simmer until heated through (about 10-15 minutes).
