Mediterranean White Bean Spread


  • In food processor or blender, combine rosemary and garlic; process until finely chopped. Add beans and half the feta; continue processing until smooth.
  • With processor running, drizzle in oil; salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to bowl. Stir in remaining feta and chopped olives.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
