In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except almond bark, mixing until well combined; set aside.
In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt almond bark, stirring constantly. Pour over cereal mixture tossing until well coated.
Transfer mixture on to two greased large baking sheets. Cool completely. Break apart; store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
