  • 1 2.6 ounce pouch Essential Everyday Chunk Light Tuna In Water
  • 1/2 cup seeded and diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons diced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Essential Everyday Sliced Ripe Olives
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat feta cheese crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons Essential Everyday Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 cup finely chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 2 large garden spinach tortillas


In medium bowl, combine tuna, tomato, onion, cucumber, olives, feta and vinaigrette; salt and pepper to taste.

Add lettuce and toss until combined.

Divide salad among tortillas and roll-up burrito-style; slice in half.
