  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 4 packets Essential Everyday No Calorie Sweetener With Aspartame
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalape├▒o peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon Essential Everyday Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound large uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 bamboo skewers soaked in water 30 minutes


In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except shrimp. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Marinate 30 minutes.

Place shrimp on skewers. Prepare grill to medium heat.

Place shrimp on grill; grill 8-10 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and cooked through, turning occasionally.
