  • 24 frozen chicken nuggets
  • 1 6.2 ounce package Essential Everyday Fried Rice Mix
  • 1/2 green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1/2 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Essential Everyday Pineapple Chunks In Natural Juice drained
  • 1 10 ounce jar sweet & sour sauce


Prepare chicken nuggets according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in large saucepan, prepare rice according to package directions. Add bell peppers to rice when there is 5 minutes left.

Add cooked chicken nuggets, pineapple and sweet and sour sauce to rice. Continue cooking until heated through.
